Wealthy politicians given even more power by Supreme Court

In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court ruled the “Millionaires Amendment” unconstitutional.  The law, part of the McCain-Feingold 2002 reform legislation, was meant to even the playing field for candidates running against opponents who spend millions of their own money towards their campaigns.
